Domestic Shipping
Enjoy FREE shipping through USPS First Class or Priority Mail on all orders within the 50 United States.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order confirmation email is sent. You’ll receive a separate notification once your order is shipped.
• Shipping Delays: Unexpected delays may occur due to postal service disruptions during holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• P.O. Box Shipping: Some restrictions may apply when shipping to P.O. boxes. Please verify with your local post office before placing your order.

Local Delivery or Pickup
Currently, we do not provide in-store pickups or local delivery services, except through USPS.

International Shipping

• Canada: Flat shipping fee of $20, regardless of order size.
• Worldwide: A flat rate of $25 applies for international orders, regardless of quantity.

Refunds & Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. A full refund will be issued, excluding return shipping fees.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nutrigardensshop.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We review these issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
